I guess this is the reason I didn’t spend hours filling in my “Recommended Reading” pages!! A colleague recently shared a terrific, awesome, wonderful, fantastic, magnificent, FABULOUS website with me.

Goodreads.com is a place where you can track and rate the books you HAVE read, and select the books you’d LIKE to read. How often have you had someone ask, “What’s a good book I could read?” or vice versa?? Well, now you don’t have to wrack your brain for all those books you fell in love with over the years. Just refer them to your booklist! And how often have you thought to yourself, “Oh, I MUST remember to read that book!!” only to forget the title of it minutes later? Again, go to your reading list on Goodreads and save it to your “to-read” list. HOW INCREDIBLE IS THAT?!?!?!
So, I’ve just added a “widget” to the Left Sidebar of my blog listing the books I am currently reading. If you click on one, it will take you to my page/profile/bookshelves, I believe. Or, click on the goodreads logo below my reading list to go the their homepage.
Here is the link directly to my bookshelf. I haven’t completed the list and I am still working on categorizing it on various bookshelves – it’s a starting point! My Recommended Reading pages may disappear soon and be replaced with a simple link to each of my bookshelves on Goodreads!
Enjoy! And PLEASE continue recommending books to me that I just MUST read!
HAPPY READING!!!!!!!!!
